Chopped Chili Fish Maw Rice - the dried fish maw is braised with our house-made fermented chopped chili, carefully fermented for the best umami flavor balance between the sweetness and sourness of the chilies. Pour it over the pork lard rice and sprinkle some crispy pork bites for the ultimate enjoyment.
Abalone Sauce Fish Maw Rice - the dried fish maw is braised with house-made abalone sauce, creating luscious flavours and rich texture purely from fish maw's collagen. Serve it with seasonal morel mushroom rice to elevate the dish with a hint of earthy taste.

- Local delivery* is available on May 11-14 at HK$60 and extra HK$60 delivery fee for every 8 sets.
*Delivery service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories only (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Airport, Island District, restricted areas and areas required special permission for vehicle access).
*Door-to-door delivery is not available for villages, customers are advised to collect their order at village entrance.
*Building without elevator will be charged for an extra fee ($10 per floor with max. of 8 floors) on the day of delivery.
