VEA’s South African Abalone Noodle with Kaviari Kristal Caviar
It is one of the signature dishes in VEA, the South African abalone is slow-cooked to tender and soft texture. Served in cold with pulled noodles that are coated with rich abalone liver sauce. Compliment the dish with Kaviari Kristal Caviar for an extra umami kick, or enjoy the caviar on its own.
- Pickup is available on May 11-14 (3-7pm) at VEA Restaurant only.
- Local delivery* is available on May 11-14 at HK$60 and extra HK$60 delivery fee for every 8 sets.
*Delivery service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories only (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Airport, Island District, restricted areas and areas required special permission for vehicle access).
*Door-to-door delivery is not available for villages, customers are advised to collect their order at village entrance.
*Building without elevator will be charged for an extra fee ($10 per floor with max. of 8 floors) on the day of delivery.
